healthier, more connected, and better at what you do"  Wallace J. Nichols.

Blue Mind Art Courses

Why not make art together on the beach close to the sea?

In reciprocity with nature and with many different coastal conditions, in this course we will be engaging with the elements. Materialising thoughts and creating ideas, sharing memories and recording moments in time. This is a great way to reconnect with nature and spend time together with other people whilst staying healthy and active.

The courses are available to everyone, single or in groups. Costs for a 3 hour course; Adults £30, under 16s £15, under 5s free. The course is run at an accessible venue but it can be quite exposed, with a backdrop of St Michael's Mount.

Level of exercize: Approximately 1 mile, including pebble beach and potentially wet walks in the sand.
